Greetings to Fabián Darío Mosquera, who defended successfully his PhD dissertation titled “Un Occidente vernáculo: hacia otro crítica trasatlántica de la modernidad. Pasolini, Celán y la Nauhaus para América Latina”, a place where Mosquera inquires into the possibility of an Other West in Latin America. His study of Pasolini (Petroglio), Celan’s poetry and Bauhaus ‘s architecture looks for a heterotopic space for philosophical controversy. His PhD dissertation committee was composed of Dr. Juan Duchesne Winter and Dr. Áurea María Sotomayor as co-chairs, Dr. Abril Trigo as external reader from Ohio State University, and Dr. Daniel Balderston.
