The Hispanic Languages & Literatures Department hosts a Spanish Writing Center that provides individual and small-group instruction in all forms of oral and written communication. The Writing Center mission is to provide help to students in the form of tutoring in relation to their Spanish classes: in grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation, reading comprehension, writing and speaking. Students should not expect the tutor to proofread their compositions or essays. At the Writing Center, students can gain the experience of listening to a variety of different native accents, increase the number of hours per week of language exposure, and speak spontaneously with native speakers.
**Please note that the Spanish Writing Center will take place via Zoom, the zoom information can be found below**
Meeting ID: 919 2347 5675
**The last three writing center hours for the semester will be Nov. 23, 24 and 30. The writing center will be closed after Nov. 30.**
